As we close out the year, my absolute biggest goal is to positively impact and support as many people as possible before we cross into 2027. To say a massive thank you for all the love and support this year, I’ve put together a special end-of-year Christmas gift for our community—a deep-dive 9D breathwork journey to shed what no longer serves you, clear the heavy stuff, and step clean into what's next. If you've been sitting on the fence about trying 9D, or waiting for the right moment, this is for you. For this special session, we’ve secured the Mount Community Hall to bring you double the venue size, double the headsets, and a special half-price rate as my thank you to you. What is a 9D Breathwork Journey? 9D Breathwork is an immersive, multi-sensory experience that uses specialised high-quality headsets to deliver a deeply layered audio landscape. Combining 3D spatial audio, binaural beats, 432 Hz frequencies, active rhythmic breathing, and expert vocal coaching, it is a powerful, safe nervous system reset designed to quiet the overthinking mind and release stored stress and tension from the body. What to Bring: Blanket, cushion/pillow for comfort, and water to hydrate. At this price and with double the capacity, these spaces will fill quickly. Grab your spot, bring someone who needs a reset, and let's finish the year strong and clear the slate together.
